A hand-tied bundle of dried cedar from the United States, traditionally used in smoke-cleansing rituals to create a grounded, steady atmosphere.
Compared with the sharper, more cleansing character of sage, cedar has a deeper woody and slightly resinous aroma. It is often used when you want to settle the space, slow down, and create a feeling of calm and stability.
Suitable for use before meditation, during quiet personal rituals, when preparing a room for rest, or after cleansing with sage or palo santo to bring the atmosphere back to a more grounded state.

Suggested use
Light the tip briefly, then gently blow out the flame and allow the bundle to smolder. Move the smoke around the room, doorway, or personal space, or place the bundle in a heat-resistant holder. Cedar can also be used after sage or palo santo as the final step of a cleansing ritual to create a calmer, more settled atmosphere.
