How to Use Magnesium Oil
- Spray 4–5 times onto clean, dry skin (legs, arms, feet).
- Massage gently until fully absorbed.
- Leave on for at least 20 minutes to allow effective absorption.
- A slight tingling or stinging may occur initially. This is a normal reaction and typically subsides with continued use.
- A white, salt-like residue may appear as the oil dries. This can be rinsed or wiped off if desired.
