How to Use Palo Santo Properly:

Light one end of the Palo Santo stick using a candle or lighter. Slowly rotate it so the flame catches evenly for about 30 seconds.

Gently wave the smoke around the desired area to cleanse negative energy—bedroom, office, car, entire house, or even around the body.
