Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please take note of the following valid reasons for return requests:

- Damaged / Faulty item: Item received is damaged or doesn't work properly.

- Received wrong item: Item received is not match the item ordered.

- Missing Accessory: Package delivered is missing accessories.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, and the return order is purchased from our website (scaviofficial.com)

To start a return, you must attach photos or videos of your damaged goods as evidence for our shop to consider the return process.

Once you've completed your return and our shop receives the goods, you will get the refund from our shop.

Items sent back to us without return approvement will not be accepted.
